In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the pay77 platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met in full:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pay77 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all services. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds returned to the extent permitted by applicable AML obligations.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. pay77's services are directed at and optimised for players located in Indonesia, including but not limited to residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Makassar, and Palembang.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on pay77. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of pay77 or any of its affiliated entities, third-party game providers, or technology partners.
• Device and Connection: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing pay77 from your location complies with your local laws and regulations. pay77 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside its operational mandate.

To access the full range of pay77 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. The following conditions apply:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, valid Indonesian mobile number, and a functional email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Username and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pay77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Account Security: You must notify pay77 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pay77 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC Verification: pay77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.
• Account Ownership: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any associated balance to another individual.

All transactions on pay77 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no upper deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence.
• pay77 supports deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes for standard bank transfer channels. pay77 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending financial institution.
• Only funds transferred from a payment method registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned (net of any applicable transfer fees imposed by the third-party institution).

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. pay77 charges no withdrawal fees on any supported channel.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete on the account.
• Standard processing time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts. VIP Members receive priority processing typically completed within 5 minutes. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional review is required.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before active wagering requirements are fully met will be declined. Members are advised to review their bonus status in the account dashboard prior to submitting a withdrawal request.
• pay77 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or Rp 100.000.000 within any rolling 7-day period.

pay77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each specific promotion will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first-deposit welcome bonus is available to new Members only, on their first qualifying deposit. The maximum bonus amount under this offer is Rp 1.000.000. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active is not permitted.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports betting contributes 100%, slots contribute 100%, and live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%. Virtual sports contribute 50%. pay77 reserves the right to adjust contribution rates with reasonable notice.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus was credited. Uncompleted bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse: pay77 reserves the right to refuse, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be restricted or closed.
• Promotional Changes: pay77 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of discontinuation will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on pay77. Product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook settlement rules, individual game rules) are published separately and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pay77. pay77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a system error has generated incorrect odds or where a bet exceeds the applicable stake limit.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of wager placement. pay77 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or concluded under extraordinary circumstances. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's account balance in full.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest error in published odds, pay77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Member at the time of wagering.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) markets are subject to rapid odds movement. A bet is accepted only when confirmation of acceptance is displayed on screen. Delayed or failed confirmations do not constitute a binding wager.
• Game Fairness: All slots and table games use certified random number generation (RNG) software independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) information for each slot title is available on request from customer support.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled only when all constituent selections are settled. If one or more selections are voided, the bet is recalculated on the remaining selections per standard accumulator settlement rules.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session time alerts to remind them of time spent on the platform during any single session.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once a threshold is reached, further wager placement is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Member may not log in or place wagers, but withdrawals of existing balances remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe they may have a problem with gambling may apply for permanent self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting customer support directly. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances and bonuses:

• Opening or operating more than one account on pay77.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the KYC process.
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any form of financial fraud.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Members who discover a platform error must report it to support immediately. Any winnings derived from a known error may be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sporting fraud.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through a third-party financial institution in bad faith after wagers have been placed.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or operating an account as an agent or proxy.

All content on the pay77 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, text, graphics, images, software, data feeds, and game content — is the exclusive property of pay77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pay77 content without prior written authorisation.

Game content (including slot titles, live casino streams, and virtual sports) is licensed to pay77 by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. pay77 expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or events of force majeure.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party financial institutions.
• Losses incurred as a result of a Member's failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss resulting from a Member's reliance on information published on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game descriptions, which are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes pay77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pay77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pay77.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity: an account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. pay77 will attempt to contact the Member via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 will be applied to inactive accounts with a positive balance, commencing 30 days after the initial inactivity notification.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified withdrawal method within 10 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting pay77 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law as applied under the jurisdiction of pay77's international operating licence.

pay77 operates under an internationally issued gaming licence. Members acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming may be subject to restrictions under Indonesian national law, and that it is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations before accessing the platform.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pay77 customer support may be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. pay77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 calendar days of a formal complaint being lodged.

pay77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pay77 will notify Members via the registered email address and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulation, or security considerations.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published at pay77.asia/terms-conditions supersedes all previous versions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. Members who continue to access or use the platform after the effective date of any amendment are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
